Join the Conversation

With one in two women and up to one in four men over age 50 affected by osteoporosis, we can’t afford to be silent!  Help us spark conversations about bone health and family health history to support those living with osteoporosis and to protect future generations from the disease.

Here’s How You Can Help:

  • Start conversations with your family and friends about bone health, calcium, vitamin D, exercise and other ways to prevent osteoporosis.
  • Talk to your healthcare provider about your osteoporosis risk factors and ask when you should get a bone density test.
  • Attend a Generations of Strength event or plan an activity in your own community to raise awareness and funds for osteoporosis.
  • Start a local support group.
  • Donate to honor someone special in your life affected by osteoporosis.
  • Purchase an item from our Pearls of Strength jewelry collection, with proceeds benefiting the Generations of Strength initiative.
