Development Officer, Corporate And Foundation Relations
The National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF), the only voluntary health agency solely dedicated to bone health and osteoporosis, seeks an energetic, experienced fundraising professional to manage corporate and foundation relations focusing on special event sponsorships, as well as grant funding for NOF’s programs of awareness, education, advocacy and research. Selected applicant for this position will manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors and prospects and develop strategies, approaches and proposals for NOF’s corporate and foundation support. In addition he/she will oversee a corporate fee-based recognition program and a corporate proceeds program. This position will report to the Sr. Development Officer of Corporate and Donor Relations. Minimum 3-5 years experience in fundraising with a demonstrated knowledge and success in developing corporate and foundation partnerships. Detail-oriented, highly motivated, multi-tasking team player a must. Demonstrated written skills and online grant submission experience is essential. Bachelors degree required. Web Creative and Marketing Manager
With general oversight and guidance from the Department Director, the Web Creative and Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and updating the foundation’s Web site and for the technical aspects of e-communications for all constituents. The Web Manager will work with the Director to design the new Web site and content management system, as well as integrate it with a new customer relations management system within the first 12 to 18 months. This position also acts as a marketing manager in assisting other departments in the marketing area.
The Web Manager will play a critical role in the creation of an integrated social networking plan for the Foundation, will work closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to identify information/requirements and seek opportunities to implement new online fundraising techniques. The Web Manager will also be responsible for web-based database integration and online marketing activities.
