On Monday, October 26, NOF hosted the 2nd Annual Gourmet for Good® in Dallas, Texas. Despite the rainy weather, nearly 80 guests came and enjoyed a lovely reception at Samuel Lynne Galleries before being whisked away by limousine to our 8 top-rated participating restaurants.
NOF support group leader and advocate, ALICE V. ROBERTS, traveled from Arizona to share with guests her story of living with osteoporosis, and Dallasite PAULA LAMBERT was honored with NOF's Steps for Strong Bones® Award. Applauded as one of America's pioneer artisanal cheesemakers, Ms. Lambert founded The Mozzarella Company in 1982. D Magazine stated that she is "Dallas' unofficial ambassador of good taste and things that taste good."
