Held once every two years, the symposium is the only scientific meeting in the U.S.

In order to better meet the needs of the growing Latino population in the United States, NOF now offers Spanish content about osteoporosis on its Web site under the heading "Sobre Osteoporosis" (About Osteoporosis). The organization plans to continually add educational content for the Latino population.
